How To Use
Your drop will arrive inĀ travel mode. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds. drop will send out two quick high-speed vibrations as a confirmation. When locked, it cannot be turned on accidentally. To unlock, hold the button again for 3 seconds.
We recommend plugging directly into a wall outlet with a USB adapter (versus plugging into a device's USB port, like a computer). The tip of the device needs to be fully inserted for the drop to charge.Ā
It takes approximately two hours (RPM: 6500-7500r/min)Ā for the drop to fully charge.Ā
The light should fade in and out when your drop is charging and will shine brightly when complete.
The drop runs on a lithium-ion battery, so there will be battery drainage over time. We recommend charging your drop after every use for optimal life span. If the battery drains completely, the device will no longer work and cannot be charged.Ā
